Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 3/4 cup Onion thin slices
- 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 3/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 3 cups Kluski Egg Noodles cooked and drained
- 3 cups Chicken chopped cooked
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- Chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter.
- Add onion and cook until tender.
- In a small bowl, combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Stir dry mixture into onion mixture until well blended.
- Gradually add broth.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Stir chicken and sour cream into sauce.
- Heat to serving temperature (DO NOT BOIL).
- Toss sauce with hot noodles.
- Garnish with parsley.
