Gnocchi & Sausage Soup
A take on Olive Garden’s Zuppa Tuscana Soup

Ground Pork Sausage

Crushed Red Pepper

Onion
diced

Garlic

Bacon
crumbled

Gnocchi
any flavor

cups
Chicken Broth
4
cups
Water
1
cup
Heavy Whipping Cream
Other seasonings
to taste
Instructions
In a deep skillet, brown sausage with crushed red pepper, garlic, bacon and onions.
Add broth and water and bring to a boil.
Add gnocchi and boil 10 minutes.
Season to taste (garlic powder and onion powder).
Remove from heat.
Add heavy whipping cream and stir.
Serve warm.
Recipe Notes
Garnish with shredded cheese or crackers. Pair with homemade bread or beer bread.
