Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1/3 cup Dried Onion minced
- 8 oz Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 1/2 cups Biscuit Mix
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Ham cooked finely chopped
- 1 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Melt butter in a skillet, add onion and cook over low heat until softened. Set aside.
- Combine cheese and biscuit mix, stir in eggs and milk.
- Fold in ham, onion and salt.
- Fill greased muffin cups 3⁄4 full.
- Bake 13-15 minutes.
- Cool before removing from pan.
