Ham & Cheese Muffins
A side dish or a meall all on their own…

Dried Onion
minced

Cheddar Cheese
shredded

Biscuit Mix
1/2
cup
Milk

Eggs

cup
Ham
cooked finely chopped

tsp
Sea Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Melt butter in a skillet, add onion and cook over low heat until softened. Set aside.
Combine cheese and biscuit mix, stir in eggs and milk.
Fold in ham, onion and salt.
Fill greased muffin cups 3⁄4 full.
Bake 13-15 minutes.
Cool before removing from pan.
