Ingredients
- 2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Onion finely diced
- 7 pieces Bacon diced and fried
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper

Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
- Place in small slow cooker on low heat, stirring occasionally until bubbly.
- Reduce heat to warm and serve with pieces of bread.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve with bread cubes and/or crackers.
