Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Brown hamburger and onion together; drain.
  3. Place in a greased 9×9 pan.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine milk, biscuit mix and eggs.
  5. Pour over hamburger.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Top with tomatoes and cheese and bake another 10 minutes.
