Mac N Cheese
A much better version than the cheap boxed stuff…
Ingredients
2
cups
Milk
3
tbsp
Flour
1/4
cup
Butter
2
cups
Cheddar Cheese
shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Melt butter and add seasonings.
Slowly add flour, stirring continuously. Gradually add milk.
Stir until smooth. Add cheese on low heat.
Once melted, mix in pasta.
Best when served fresh. Leftovers lose the smooth finish.
