Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients

Sea Salt

cup
Butter
1/2
cup
Milk
1
cup
Sour Cream
1
tsp
Spice House Fox Point Seasoning
Instructions
Place potatoes in a large pot and fill it with enough water to cover the potatoes by at least 1 inch. Stir in the salt.
Place the pot over high heat and bring to a boil.
Cook potatoes until tender, approximately 12-15 minutes. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
Add the butter and a splash of milk. Mash the potatoes until smooth with a potato masher.
Add milk to desired creaminess. Stir in sour cream and place in a dish to serve.
Recipe Notes
Consider adding Fox Point, garlic powder or other seasonings to your liking.
