Sloppy Joe Cornbread Bake

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Spray 8 or 9-inch square baking dish or 2-quart casserole with cooking spray.
  3. Cook beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until crumbled and no longer pink; drain.
  4. Stir in Sloppy Joe sauce; heat until hot. Spoon into baking dish.
  5. Meanwhile, stir together corn muffin mix as directed on the package.
  6. Spoon and spread over hot beef mixture.
  7. Cornbread mixture may not cover the meat completely.
  8. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  9. Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese and/or green onion.
