Ingredients
- 1 loaf Bread Dough thawed
- 6 oz Spaghetti cooked
- 1 cup Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 Egg White
- 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- Parmesan cheese grated
- Parsley Flakes

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F degrees
- Roll loaf into 12xx16 inch rectangle.
- Season as desired (Italian seasoning, garlic powder...).
- Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Place spaghetti lengthwise in a 4-inch strip down the center of the dough.
- Top with sauce and cheese.
- Make 1 1⁄2 inch long cuts every 1⁄2 inch along the long side.
- Start with the end pieces and alternate the dough cuts to form a braid.
- Brush with egg white and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Bake 35 minutes.
Recipe Notes
Add 1/2 lb of browned ground sausage to sauce for a meaty version.
