Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian Sausage
- 2 large Baking Potatoes sliced
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 1/4 cup Bacon Bits
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 16 oz Chicken Broth
- 4 cups Water
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Instructions
- Brown the sausage.
- Add broth, bacon and water. Bring to a boil.
- Add onions, potatoes and garlic.
- Cook until potatoes are done (slightly mash them against bottom of pan).
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to a simmer.
- Add cream.
